Virtual Staging Styles

You have the option of either choosing your preferred style based on the style categories or letting us decide for you. We are always happy to work with any specific instructions you might have and provide unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied.

Industrial

Industrial design is a style that uses sturdy materials like metal and wood combined, to create handmade furniture. Some of the elements seem unfinished, but it is a part of the style.

Modern

The modern style is a futuristic and minimalistic style. It is often also the simple style, and the quote "less is more" in this type of style, is definitely true.

Scandinavian

Just like the modern style, the Scandinavian furnitures ephasizes on simplicity and minimalism. They try to combine the simpleness with coziness which is often seen in scandinavian countries.

Traditional

Traditional furniture are using different historical movements and cultures. It combines the different aspects of cultures and historical with wood and older looking materials, although very sturdy.

Contemporary

Contemporary furniture stylings are very modern and try to follow the trends. Depending on the period of time, they can either use simple colors or be filled with colors.

Commercial

If you feel comfortable with us and have trust, you can simply let us edit your empty room. We will make sure to decorate the room with the appropriate styling that suits the room that you have sent to us.

Industrial Design

The industrial design will tend to have a “worn-out” effect on the furniture. It often gives the vibe of handmade and something straight out of a factory. The colors are often warm and cozy, with the use of leather, especially in couches and heavy wood or iron furniture to accompany the leather. The goal is to have a vintage effect on the furniture. Our virtual staging procedure really catches that vintage feeling of industrial design, and we recommend it to darker rooms or rooms with a lot of decorations & wooden walls. It’s all about cool touches like industrial bar stools, vintage light fixtures, and cabinets that look like they came straight from a factory floor. It’s not all about making it look like a factory, It’s modernized, but the design, simply looks handmade, as if it was an engineer who designed it from scratch.

Modern Design

The modern design is minimalistic and simple. Simple is more, is the term that best defines the modern design style. The furniture styling is high-end, with very sturdy, yet simple materials. The use of colors generally ranges from 2 to a maximum of 4. You won’t find too many decorations, they will be limited and simple to increase aesthetic appeal without distracting from the rest. We recommend using the modern design style for your property if the rooms are glossy, renovated or you simply want a high-end look.

Scandinavian Design

The Scandinavian design is somewhat similar to the modern design. However, the Scandinavian design combines simple colors and outlines of geometry with cozy furniture and colors. You’ll notice that the rooms are often accompanied by soft spots, like many pillows or a huge sack that you can sit on. Decoration-wise it’s similar to modern design as it’s simple and tends to only follow one color. We recommend the Scandinavian design for renovated rooms or rooms that catch a lot of light. Scandinavian design can also go well with a dark room, to really get that cozy effect that it’s so known for.

Traditional Design

Traditional designs go well with houses, rooms with low ceilings and anything with an older environment. Our virtual staging traditional design uses a lot of historical and cultural furniture to really make the room stand out. It is timeless and placeless, comfortable and put together but not overly fancy. It’s not about making rooms look older but about creating a classic, warm, comforting home décor style that is rooted in the traditions of the past without being specific to any single time period.

Contemporary virtual stage design

Contemporary Design

Contemporary design refers to the current and trendy designs of the moment. The hallmarks of contemporary design style is all about simplicity and quality. You will see clean, curved lines and a deep focus on natural materials with simple colors that accompany each other creating a really nice contrast between different pieces of furniture. Many associate it with modern design, however, it differs somewhat in some aspects. This home design style emphasizes intentionality, which extends to an appreciation for quality materials and aesthetics. Contemporary design goes well with almost any room.

Virtual staging uses 3D graphics software and, believe it or not, game development engines to create a realistic image of what a home will look like with furniture and decor.

Virtual staging helps your listings stand out from the competition. It makes it easier for homebuyers to picture themselves living there, which usually results in an increase in the property's impressions on the marketplace, more in-person meetings, and quicker sales.

No, our service is not only for vacant homes. Once you have signed up and logged in to our platform, head over to our services panel. You can now choose virtual staging and item removal, which lets you replace any existing items.

The reason why we offer this service is that in some cases, you might want to change the furniture to make the house look more presentable.

Virtual staging is a great way to save on costs when it comes to staging a house.  The only spend is on the service you order from us, which comes at a cost of 29$ compared to traditional staging where prices start from 2000$ In total it lets you save up to 97% compared to traditional staging because you won't need to rent furniture or hire decorators.

It also offers more flexibility when it comes to styles of furniture. With virtual staging, you can add any type of furniture to your photos.

Virtual staging also gives the opportunity to change sections that would be hard to change in real life. For example the floors, walls, and other heavier furniture.

The price of virtual staging differs on price depending on where you order it from. We charge $29 for each virtual staging photo. THere are cheaper providers out there, but unlike them, we diligently take care of shadows, reflection, and brightness after it has been staged which makes it look a lot more realistic.

We don't charge extra for add-on services. We have a fixed pricing set and you get revisions included in that. We will never bill you extra.

Additionally, we do not do any monthly subscription, you only pay for what you get.

On average we deliver within 12 hours and guarantee delivery within 24 hours at the latest.

Virtual staging is generally considered ethical as long as it is done truthfully and does not deceive potential buyers. The idea behind virtual staging is to make a property look more attractive and help buyers imagine what the house would look like and how it would be to live inside the house. The most important aspect is not to hide flaws of the house that can potentially influence its price.

We always recommend being transparent about using virtual staging so homebuyers don't feel deceived when seeing the property in person.

All our photo enhancements are done manually in your preferred style with minimal instructions required.

We encourage you to cross-test our photo edits with competing services as we are confident no one comes close in terms of value-add when factoring in our high level of quality and low price point.
